Back to Writing
Yesterday I uncovered several blog posts I had written 6-8 years ago. I was pretty pleased with the style with which the posts had been imbued; a style sadly lacking in my current writing.
My current writing consists mostly of email messages and responses; not exactly an art form clamoring for style, but none the less something that could use improvement.
My current employer doesn't really care about blogging and I no longer have publisher permission. The few blogs I started on my own eventually suffered from neglect and faded into obscurity.
As a result my writing has become insufferably boring.
The discipline of daily writing is undervalued. So I'm back at it with no intentions or goals other than just writing on a regular basis.
